What Makes UNCP a Great Choice?

When it comes down to it, all schools are pretty much about the same thing — education.

The trick is to figure out which school works best for you, and at the end of the day, the answer to that question inevitably comes down to fit.

Beyond finding classes in academic disciplines that interest you, and feeling secure that graduates get good jobs, you will also need to decide if the whole way the school approaches learning is right for you.

UNCP is a place where learning gets personal. Where we realize and embrace that people learn in all kinds of different ways. Where hard work is expected — and rewarded. Where you can find out what makes you different and better — and what those skills can help you become.

Bottom line, there are lots of reasons to get your education at UNC Pembroke. The UNCP people in the video clips on the right have their experiences and reasons, and they might help you decide if UNCP is for you. One thing we know for sure, in a place where learning gets personal, all the reasons are personal, as well.
